HELP University has been awarded the prestigious QS 5
Stars rating in 2026, reflecting the University’s strong performance across
key areas of higher education, including teaching, employability, facilities,
governance, programme strength, and diversity and inclusion.
The QS Stars rating system, developed by global
higher education analytics firm Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), evaluates
universities against a comprehensive range of performance indicators across
several categories. Unlike traditional rankings that compare institutions
against one another, QS Stars assesses universities based on their individual
performance, allowing them to showcase their strengths across multiple areas of
institutional excellence.
In the latest evaluation, HELP University recorded strong
results in several key categories. The University achieved a perfect score
of 150 out of 150 in Employability, highlighting its strong track record in
preparing graduates for the workforce. HELP also performed strongly in areas
such as Facilities (93/100), Programme Strength (45/50), Diversity, Equity
and Inclusion (44/50), and Good Governance (83/100), demonstrating the
institution’s commitment to delivering a supportive learning environment and
maintaining high standards of institutional leadership.
These results reflect HELP University’s continued focus on
providing a holistic educational experience that combines academic rigour,
industry relevance, and student support. From modern campus facilities and
strong academic programmes to career development initiatives and inclusive
policies, the University aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and
confidence needed to succeed in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
Commenting on the recognition, Prof. Dr Andy Liew Teik
Kooi, Vice Chancellor of HELP University, emphasised the University’s
continued commitment to academic excellence and student success.
The QS 5 Stars recognition serves as an important milestone
for HELP University as it continues to strengthen its academic offerings,
enhance student experience, and expand global engagement. As the University
moves forward, it remains committed to nurturing future leaders and achievers
through education that is innovative, inclusive, and responsive to the evolving
needs of society.
