\nwith this year\u2019s theme: \u201cNoon vs. Ngayon.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Open to all P.A.
\nProperties homebuyers\u2014from legacy communities to current developments\u2014the
\ncompetition encourages participants to create a vlog that captures life before
\nowning a home (\u201cNoon\u201d) and the meaningful changes that followed (\u201cNgayon\u201d).
\nThese stories aim to highlight how homeownership brings greater security,
\nfulfillment, and a renewed sense of pride.<\/p>\n

Participants may also
\nchoose to tell their story from the perspective of a loved one\u2014whether a
\nparent, spouse, sibling, or child\u2014who witnessed their journey toward
