Punggol Swimming Complex Set to Open Soon: SwimSafe Opens Early Registration for Swimming Lessons at the New Venue.
After years of anticipation,
the Punggol Swimming Complex at the new Punggol Regional Sports Centre is set to open soon, and SwimSafe is preparing to conduct swimming lessons in Punggol at the brand-new facility from day one.
Located at 11 Sentul Crescent
beside Punggol Waterway, the complex forms part of one of the largest sports
developments in Singapore’s North-East. Its five pools, including sheltered
teaching and training pools, give Punggol families their first full-scale
public swimming venue right at their doorstep, after years of travelling to
neighbouring estates for lessons.
SwimSafe, whose NROC-certified
instructors already coach across Punggol’s condominium pools and at nearby
Sengkang Swimming Complex, says the new venue will significantly expand class
availability in the estate. The school plans to run small-group lessons for
toddlers, children, teenagers and adults at the complex, alongside its existing
private and condominium-based classes.
Demand is expected to be high
in the complex’s opening months, and SwimSafe is encouraging parents and adult
learners to register interest early to secure preferred timeslots. The school
maintains a low instructor-to-student ratio of no more than one to six, with
lessons available seven days a week from 7am to 9pm.
Residents can view class
formats, rates and venue details for Punggol on the SwimSafe website, where new
students can also apply for a free trial lesson worth $90.
